Lemongrass & Mint Tea


Serai, or lemongrass is a plant that is used widely throughout Southeast Asian cooking. Yet, some might not like having it in their garden for its long leaves give off a messy appearance. Little is known about the lemongrass’ health properties, but it is rich in essential vitamins and minerals like Vitamin A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, C, folate, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, copper, zinc, manganese and iron.
